Yes it would run decently. The GTX 670 is actually as powerful as the PS4 and Xbox one's graphics card. So basically, you can also run the games that the next-gen consoles will run. But on a lower settings of course.

The XBONE and PS4 have GPUs that can match the GTX 670? With all due respect, you may want to double check on that.
