[SOLVED] Will z490 motherboard reduce their price after sometime?

Z490 mobos are too expensive compared to the z390.

Any chance that this price will fall?
Or they are expensive because they have to handle more powerfull cpus?

usually no. once there a new chipset, they stop making them and supply and demand keep the price up. buy used

But the demand is not very high right now.
There is only one z490 motherboard in the top 50 in amazon.
Although it has 7 in top 100.
I hope the price decreases a little bit.

I don't think the price will drop anytime soon. They had to put very good power delivery systems on the boards to support the power draw of the new processors. If anything as the processors come more available the price could increase. Depending on the supply of the boards of course.
