Hello,
Hello,
I'm having trouble with my network. I have 2 Windows 7 (a laptop and a desktop) and a Linux Mint desktop. The two desktops communicate perfectly, and the Win 7 desktop can wirelessly get files from the laptop with great speed. The problem is the laptop. It's connected to the network, and is a homegroup member with the desktop, but, despite being able to see the desktop (win 7), it is nearly impossible to transfer files to the laptop. Interestingly, I can send/recieve files from the Linux box at a normal speed.
I'm very perplexed as to why the two Win 7 machines will not communicate. Thanks for advance for your help. Let me know if I can provide any information that would help.
