Win 7 stuck on starting windows screen

Hello,
win 7 stuck on starting windows screen after starting every time so i have to restart the sys tem severel times.i don't know pls give the solution.i'm using win7 ultimate

Check the Event viewer for error log and share it here. Did u just update something like video driver or audio? Can u boot to safe mode?
