For those bitching about the rules, how do you know that this is not out of Toms control? It's very common for a few states (especially RI) to be excluded. Must be for a reason Bitch to them.

I have had to scrape off the ice from the windshield the last couple mornings... If I had these in my car they would be ice to more than name.
