[SOLVED] Win10 bought from store on USB not recognized

I have a B450 Aorus Elite AMD4 motherboard and I am unable to get it to recognize a Windows USB stick which I bought from Microcenter. If I put a plain USB stick in the port, the mobo BIOS will recognize it, but the USB stick I bought with Windows on it, it won't see it.

Everytime I boot, I get the message ...
"Reboot and Select a proper boot device or Insert Media in selected Boot device and press a key"

Anyone have ideas?

If you have the key, you can make a bootable USB drive by using Microsoft Media Creator, and then use the provided key to activate it.

So I copied the Windows 10 ISO to another USB device and at least this issue is gone.

So many store bought copies of win 10 just don't work, just as well you can download the latest build off Microsoft and use it instead. Not right that the user has to buy 2 USB sticks though
