[SOLVED] Win10 don't recognize monitor (black screen)

I updated my gpu drivers to the latest one's and now my screen doesn't work, it happened once before with the same drivers but screen worked fine only the performance was crap so I downgraded them. Also windows do boot up just fine I can hear that sound.

remove the rx 570. uninstall the driver in safe mode
