Greetings to Everyone. for Dual boot operating system, I have Hp g5 850 i5 8th gen, 8 gb ram, 512 nvme. can i install windows 10 32bit. (i want to use myob premier 32bit software.) or any one tell me how to use an 32bit sofwate in windows 10 x64. i have tried iis setting but cant open my 32bit application (MYOB v9). A Messege popup " this app can't run on your pc"
Please any one suggest some suitable solution

You can run a 32bit software on a 64bit platform, if you didn't know.

Just curious, where did you source the installer for your app?

I have an offline accounting software of M.Y.O.B. Premiere Plus 1.5.8, it can be run in any 32bit os like win7, 8 , or 10. now i have bought new laptop of hp i5 8th gen g5 850 with windows 10 x 64 . but cant run my application. a messege apear on screen "this app can't run on your pc. plz tell me if you know a propper way how to 32bit app in 64bit os.

for Dual boot operating system, can i install windows 10 32bit.

Sure.
Create a separate partition for windows 10 32bit and install windows in it.

There would be differences from standard clean install.
1. You have to create a separate a partition for windows 10 32bit
(size 120GB minimum, maybe more depending on your app size).
2. Create windows install media for 32bit version.
3. Boot from created installation media.
4. During install do not delete existing partitions and
specify your newly created partition for new windows 32bit.
