Window 7 Stuck on Starting Windows Screen

at First i accidentally open my Applications with notepad,so i cant open any applications ex.googlechrome,when i press the exe file it opens a notepad with weird writings afterwards i install some some exe.reg and some jpeg.reg so i can put back to default settings (i press googlechrome once again,and it work then after wards (THIS WHAT STUCK SCENE HAPPENED)the youtube video said after the reg. things has been install try to restart your system and then i did restart it afterwards it began the boot up and stuck on (Starting windows)=WHich is the title only not with the 4 colored shape window 7 thing then booted again by itself and ask me to startup repair it so i did but it keep saying (Startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically)and i tried safemode which is also broken ... -___- and tried putting a window 7 instalation cd and repair it but i forgot that the window 7 i have from the computer was genuine hack so i have no idea what to do now.......so i think its not the hardware that is the problem but the software i guess? all because of that stupid F***cking Notepad Btw im using pc not laptop and its not overheating also,now im using my parents loptop to fined the problem and i go here at website for you guys to help me out T^T

Wow you seemed to royally screw that one up. Anyhow, basic rule of thumb is:

We don't help pirates.

Don't trust anything on youtube, ever.

And definitely don't take registry changes lightly.

What I would recommend it. Reformat and either, pay for windows, or use Ubuntu.
