Window Focus WinRAR

Hello,

For a while I have been having an issue on my computer where something unidentified would pull me out of a full screen video game or video for no apparent reason. I recently decided to install a window focus tracker, and the last time it pulled me out of game I noted the time. When looking back in the log, this is what it said: "WinRAR self-extracting archive: installer_no_upload_silent." Is this possibly any kind of malware or system tracking, or just something to do with WinRAR? Either way, any information on stopping this from happening in the future would be great!

go to start, type msconfig.exe and check your startup tab. see if there's winrar there- there should not be
also check for anything suspicious.

Everything on the list is accounted for and normal. No WinRAR either
