Windows 10 Activation

so i am planning to purchase windows 10 and i wanted to know what kind of key to purchase and will that key be activate-able on a PC using a KMSpico activation.

P.S. i am going to but a new CPU,mobo as well if that helps

1. Windows licenses are transferable unless prei-nstalled and not listed as a separate item on your PC Invoice. See par 4b

Stand-alone software. Mass market builders will pre-install and then you are not eligible. Small / custom builders or do-it-yourselfers use the stand-alone OEM copies and 10 lets these be transferred....ieven if you upgraded from 7 or 10 that was bought as "stand-alone".
