Windows 10 and driver support

Hi, I have heard that you need drivers in order to be able to use usb 3.0. I wanted to know if I can install windows 10 on a usb 3.0 port, secondly, do i need internet to perform a clean install of windows? I am also getting an MSI gaming 3 motherboard.

Windows 10 comes with built in drivers for USB 3.0
There is no need for driver installation.
USB 3.0 driver is only needed if you run windows 7 since windows 7 didn't have proper support for USB 3.0 back then.
You don't need an internet connection for a clean install.

USB 3.0 is backwards compatible to USB 2.0. If you have the Windows installation on a USB 3.0 thumbdrive and it isn't recognized, you can move it a USB 2.0 port to install the OS. More than likely, Windows 10 will install the correct drivers.
