Windows 10 and/or Chrome Totaladexchange.com virus *HELP PLEASE*

I'm in need of some tech support for windows 10 + chrome and a "virus" or "trojan" that I have that is causing my system from keeping the monitors turned off (or sleep) while its still running... I have set the sleep timers, looked for apps that wake up it, and even downloaded a third party app and its still not working... I think it has to do with totaladexchange.com or something like that that only happens every now and then, and to remove it I have tried CCleaner, Advanced System Care, Bitdefender, and malwarebytes with no luck... Please help its kind of an important thing that I get fixed thank you.....
