Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Later Servicing Drivers?

I found out about this program called the Windows Update MiniTool. After using the refresh button I'm presented with some drivers (not yet installed?) under the heading Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Later Servicing Drivers. I don't think the Xeon drivers are relevant to me but the chipset drivers I think are and they look to be newer than the ones I have installed. I assume that I should install and update these drivers but I'm confused as to why Windows Update doesn't present these drivers to me...
