I just downloaded the the update and asked to restart my pc, i clicked yes and now my pc is in a blue screen that says choose an option, none do anything to help

Solution
If this happened to me, I'd restore from the full system backup I made prior to attempting the update. If you didn't make one, well now you're a little older and a little wiser about why it's a very valuable thing. Something about that ounce of prevention, you know.

Good luck.

What options?

This is very odd because there is no "yes" option, just an option to restart. Are you 100% sure that it said "yes?"
