Windows 10 Apps Won't Open (help!)

Ever since I updated both my laptop and desktop I have had a problem where Windows 10 Apps just won't open. I click on them, they show the loading screen for a split second and then they exit (crash?). I have tried the Windows Powershell fix, it ran but it didn't work. I have also tried the command prompt fix, but that said everything was fine; and it isn't. Please help.

I tried the troubleshooter, it couldn't find anything wrong. As for the command prompt scan, I'm doing it now. As it's late at night where I am I'll report when it's finished.
