Windows 10 Backup

Gooday all.i just made a backup my files to different Hard drive but when i check my drive via Windows explorer/date modified it wont show to days date,is that a bug or future.thanks for reading.

Windows settings/Update&security/backup/More options/Related settings/See advanced settings TURNED FILE HISTORY ONN,i was already choose hard drive for back up and when back up is done i turn that file history off.so when back up in progress i didnt see to days is date.unless i go in to file history directly.sry English is not my native language.
