I decided to wipe my Windows 10 clean. I went to Restart then held shift key went through all the process selected that I would like to continue to use the computer after the wipe. It then done everything it needed to do now I'm stuck on a black screen. I can't use any advanced options as it requires an administrator account and I never created one. I'm basically stuck with a black screen and a useless advanced tools tab
