odd thing to crash
what specs of the PC?

What USB devices do you have?
its likely a USB device driver
USB is looked after by windows so its not the mb as such.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

the only usb device i have connected is the mouse: razer deathadder v2
i ran the guide, thanks for the link, in the systemroot/minidump folder i already found a file, here it is
https://mega.nz/file/df1nEDCK#Ds5rqpAKLPIkmNvKYIcplr1Nyo2EzXlbq4GpDmisJmE
in case the bsod repeats, i will upload the updated dump
thanks for the help

for this error I would update the bios to the current version, then update the chipset drivers and any usb drivers.

I would then go into windows control panel device manager and right mouse click on the usb hubs, find the power management tab and tell windows not to power down the hubs to save power.

I expect a hub is going to sleep but the device that is trying to wake the hub is connected to the sleeping hub.

also, usb functions are initialized by the bios so it is best to update to get bug fixes to usb

looks like there is a bios update available and a power management update also.

turning off hub sleeping is a work around, the bios and power management update could provide a actual fix.

looks like the microsoft generic usb3 driver is installed.
most likely problem in in the bios and power management.
turn of sleeping or update bios/power management
