Windows 10 can't repair my computer

I have no idea what happened to my computer but I came back to find it like this when I powered it up: http:// I tried this a million times, but it still won't work. http:// I've tried doing it a million times, but it still won't work. I'm freaking out a little, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this helps, my MOBO is a ASUS 710-E and my SSHD is a 2TB seagate firecuda.

Try this

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << if you don't have one already

change boot order so USB is first, sshd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
