So recently I got a new motherboard in preparation for my new processor which was coming, and after setting it up and putting everything into position I connected the vga cable to the graphics card. When I get the startup screen I'm greeted by the swirling windows 10 loading thing with the windows logo, then I get a flicker leaded a blackscreen with my mouse and it stays like that.

How do I uninstall the drivers on windows 10? I'm sure this will work but I just haven't found out how to do this as the only way I've been able to uninstall them at device manager was while it was in.

I mean, I can only uninstall the drivers while the graphics card is in my computer. I need some help clarifying if I can just uninstall the drivers with the card in the computer
