Hi so last night I signed off my pc like normal.

Windows 10
Ryzen 7 3700x
Amd Rx570
Asrock b450m pro4
Samsung 2tb sata SSD

MyWwindows 10 has a product key if that matters.

When I went back to my pc this morning it was at the BIOS screen. slightly worried I proceeded to exit the BIOS.
I thought it was some freak appearance until around ten hours later I walk back to my pc and it is again on the BIOS screen

I looked around a little bit and found some stuff with Event Viewer

https://www.mediafire.com/file/os05e6xz4kp7vow/crashlogs.evtx/file

It had a critical error stating:
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

I am not sure what to do or what I am looking at.

Ok so I did and everything looks fine to me I am not sure what is going on because it is not doing it anymore, could my motherboard be overloaded because of the ryzen 7?
