Recently I had to get rid of an old computer so I put the old hard drive in the new one but when I booted up it only boots to the windows 10 logo I've tried multiple times to restart it gone into the bios to look at some settings I've change the ram I don't know if that would've made a difference or not and it's stumped me for the past 48 hours and I need some help.

It has a processor that is an Intel Pentium quad core CPU clock to 3.0 GHz with a 2 megabyte cache and has 4 GB of DDR2 the ram memory speed is 533 MHz
It also has a terrible graphics card which isn't EVGA GeForce 8400 GS

I know it's not the best but I would like to get the system fixed so I can get back up and running.

Thanks in advance!

You can't just swap win 10 into a different PC and expect it to work. It would need a clean install and even then I doubt it will work all that well. It wouldn't activate for starters since its all new and doesn't match old hardware.

Your PC is too old to even contemplate running win 10 on, you would be better off with win 7 at the very best. There are unlikely to be any Win 10 drivers for this PC now.
