Hi everybody!
I have been having some issues with my Windows 10 when it comes to booting it up. I recently upgraded my CPU and motherboard to a Ryzen 5900x. This upgrade was a switch from Intel to AMD. I reinstalled the entire OS to give myself a clean start in redownloading all the drivers for the new upgrades. However I have been recently noticing that the performance and boot up is not exactly the best. The OS boot up just fine, however as soon as I type my pin in to login, it takes a good 15-20 secs on the welcome section with the spinning wheel that indicates it is logging in. From there, the OS loads up except for the taskbar. If I move the cursor down there, all I get is the loading cursor. When I double click on the taskbar while this is happening, the OS does like a refresh when you refresh a page on the internet. From there either two things happen, the OS loads up fine with the taskbar fully working as well as everything else. or it will show like a refresh and then continue to show the loading cursor again, having to double click it again.
I hope that I did not make that sound to confusing, but if anybody knows what is going on or experienced this before, please any recommendation will help. These are my system specs:
AMD Ryzen 5900x
G. Skill 32GB @3600mhz
NVIDIA RTX 2080Ti
Samsung 970 Pro 1TB Nvm.e
2x Samsung 860 1TB
Corsair hx1000i
AORUS X570 PRO WIFI
