After my computer goes to sleep and I wake it up, I get a "page fault in nonpaged area atikmdag.sys" blue screen. This has only happened since I updated to Windows 10. Does anyone know what may be causing this problem? Thank you very much.

This is likely an issue with your display driver being carried over from your previous version of Windows. Update your AMD Radeon HD drivers to the latest Windows 10-compatible version. First, use DDU to completely remove all traces of your previous graphics drivers:

Then update your graphics drivers. For desktop, download this:

For laptop, download this:

I have the HP Pavilion p6537c and it uses ATI Radeon 3000, which doesn't have any updates. According to previous posts, It actually seems that the ATI Radeon 3000 doesn't support Window 10. Yet, here I am using it.

I would expect that you might find that the various hardware acceleration for your browsers may not work.
these older machines also tend to have BIOS bugs in the support for sleep functions. windows 7 had them turned off by default, windows 8.x and newer turns them on by default and caused a lot of machine problem to be exposed.
If you can not get driver updates you might turn off the power functions in BIOS or in windows control panel power management for the device.

Agreed. If that has the original drive or drives, they're probably on their last legs as well. It may simply be time for an upgrade or replacement, unless you want to invest in a new drive and GPU card. That wouldn't be the worst idea though as they could be repurposed to a newer machine at any time you decided to do so. I'd think that OEM 5 year old power supply is probably getting tired as well, and could even be contributing to your problem.
