[SOLVED] Windows 10 Error

Hello tom's Hardware and fellow users,

I am using this because I have an issue and usually this websites help, but I checked about 10 threads and mine is a little different than many of those. So here's my problem.
I use a program called a Grabber to download images, I use version v6.0.6, I have used this before with no issue.

This problem occurred after I had to reinstall Windows 10, so I installed it on a very fresh install.

The problems I am getting are listed in order
After installation: Error code 0xc000007b
Launching:
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem
The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem (x4)

I have reinstall the program about five times and restarted my computer twice. The Microsoft Visual Packages I have installed are, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (x86) ,2013(86x), 2017(x64).
The grabber also installs it's own Visual Packages if it does not detect any.

Edit: I repeat I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, Microsoft Visual C++ 2013, and Microsoft Visual C++ 2017

If anyone can help me fix this issue I would be very thank full, thank you.

2015, and 2017 should be fine.
