Windows 10 game bar in windows 8.1

HEY!
I want to use windows 10 game bar in windows 8.1.is it possible or not..because i don't like windows 10 to use but i like its game bar.so please tell me is it possible or to add this feature to 8.1??
And i am not talking about any software for recording

The Windows 10 game bar.... is only available in Windows 10.

There might be third party alternatives for 8/8.1, but I'm not aware of any so cannot recommend.

Ok...i understand..
Can you please recommend me the software for recording the game screen that don't lag..and work smooth even in my 2 gb ram..
