[SOLVED] Windows 10 Hard Freezes after RAM upgrade. Which tests should i do?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 300-15isk laptop.
And I recenty installed this (replacing old HDD): "WD Blue 3D NAND SATA SSD 2.5", 500 GB"
And installed this memory on the empty slot: "Samsung - M471B1G73EB0-YK0 - RAM 8Gb DDR3L, 1600 MHz, SoDimm 204pin"

Then I installed Windows 10 again from scratch, along with all drivers provided by the support page.
As you can see, RAM models are IDENTICAL and I can confirm that seeing CPU-Z screen.

Issue is that Windows 10 randomly hard-freezes (capslock and numblock presses doesn't switch their leds) and this happened twice in the first 6 hours of normal use.
I've already performed a memtest86 with a PASS outcome to all.
I've already upgraded my BIOS to the latest version.
BIOS settings are too simple, obviously 16GB are detected, but nothing on frequency/voltage customization settings.

What else should i try to do? I'm out of ideas and about to return the stick to the seller.
Does anybody have any advice?

Thank you very much!

Solution
Can you install Win10 without that extra RAM stick?

If you can, just install Win10 without the original RAM, then add that RAM later.
