Hi,
I have been experiencing this issue for the past couple of weeks, would be interested if anyone knows how I can go about diagnosing it.
Essentially, I will be doing something random, nothing computationally intense, and my laptop will just completely lock up. Can't move my cursor, do anything. It requires me to hard reset it to get it working.
It doesn't BSOD, or anything, so I dug into Event Viewer however the only meaningful log I was able to get was "The previous system shutdown at 11:37:01 AM on 2/2/2021 was unexpected." , followed by my hard reset code.
I also noticed some strange TPM failure errors.
I also recall the issue happening on my linux partition too.
Laptop Specs:
Asus UX303ub - i7 6500u
Nvidia GT940m
12gb DDR4
I have 3 partitions, 1 Ubuntu partition, 1 Manjaro and 1 Windows (1903).
Due to the nature of this issue, I know it might be hard to find a solution, however, I don't even know where to start. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
