Can't install Windows 10 and can't figure out where the issue is coming from. Stumped local PC specialists as well:

Aorus Master x570 mobo,
Ryzen 3900x cpu,
32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (16x2),
Radeon RX Vega 56 gpu,
1TB WD black NVME m.2,
1TB Samsung 970 NVM m.2,
500GB WD black NVME m.2

I can boot from a USB drive for Windows 10 installer, attempt to install 10 pro or home, only slot in one m.2 at a time, and each time I cannot get past trying to hit "Next" which would partition and start the install.

If I use DISKPART, I can do:
list disk
select disk 0
clean
convert gpt
create partition primary
format fs=ntfs quick (or remove quick and still error)

and I end up with an error that states "Parameter is incorrect".

I have successfully run Windows 10 on this configuration before, but after having a crash on an old 500GB m.2 I bought a replacement motherboard as well as new m.2s listed above.

I have also tried several different BIOS versions, different USB sticks (3.0 and 2.0) and in all different slots. Nothing is letting me get passed this error.

For kicks I got a completely different brand mobo ASUS x570 TUF, and same issue. Any parts I have missed replacing that could be causing this problem? Could CPU cause an issue? RAM that is bad but still shows passing on certain tests? I dont mind buying new parts, but multiple motherboards, USBs, and SSDs later and still no fix.

PS - RAM passed a memtest and gpu works in other machines.

Looks like TPM was enabled in BIOS.

edit: TPM device selection - Discrete TPM
Erase fTPM NV fir factory reset - Enabled

were the settings I saw.

If I try the default “Next” button to install, I get

“Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has MBR partition table. On EFI systems, windows can only be installed on GPT disks.

Windows cannot be installed to this hard disk space. Windows must be installed to a partition formatted as NTFS.

Windows cannot be installed to this hard disk space. The partition is of an unrecognized type.”

Then the partition shows an incorrect total size of the drive and trying to delete through the gui says “We couldn’t delete the selected partition. [Error: 0x80070032”

I have since tried a new psu, ram sticks, and m.2 drives.

could my RGB Commander controller for all my fans be causing this issue?

Or would replacing the cpu fix?
