Windows 10 Installation Media error

I've tried downloading it 5 times now and I still get an error message saying:There was a problem running this tool
We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. I also have 16gb usb. Can anyone help?

Run it from an Admin account.
