Question Windows 10 installation stuck at 'Getting files ready for installation'

Hi,
Today I used Rufus to make bootable usb drive and tried installing windows 10 on my pc. When windows setup comes with 5 steps i.e 'Copying Windows files' - 'Getting files ready for installation'......

The problem is 1st step goes like 0% to 100% in 3 second I don't have SSD still. And it get stucks at 2nd step I have Added screenshot please check it

I got this windows 10 ISO from official Microsoft website. And it is updated windows (6-19-2019)

Please help me out in this issue Thanks in advance

using rufus is the problem. that is really a terrible utility for installing windows and just doesn't work. Use the official Windows Media Creation Tool to create the USB or DVD install media. That will work.
