Question Windows 10 isn’t booting

Hello, I recently I switched power supplies because my old one wasn’t working well. I just turned the pc on for the first time in a week (I haven’t had a power supply) and it’s giving me the option to install windows (I have the usb still plugged in with the windows thing) but when I go to install it won’t let me. So if I restart the pc with the USB taken out, I get taken straight to bios. How can I fix this? Did I not plug the power supply in correctly?

I actually figured it out, my SSD wasn’t hooked up properly lol. But I have a different problem if you know the cause: my monitor will randomly loose signal from the pc. The pc is still on, running, mouse and keyboard working but the monitor will just have no signal. The temperature of everything is good too. Also, it happens when I’m trying to turn the pc on. I have to turn it on and off multiple times for the monitor to finally get signal from the pc. Any idea?
