Hey, this problem started out of nowhere last week. I have a wired connection on my desktop pc and i've never seen something like this before. Every time i boot, network name changes like network to network 2. network 3 to network 4, you name it, it goes on like this. Every boot, a new name and there is this blue notification window asking me if i want to allow my pc to be discoverable. It happens every time i boot, it even happens when i dont boot but just turn off and on the internet from the button on the modem while the pc is working, same blue notification pops up with a new network name like network 5 or something.
I tried resetting network from the control panel, updating ethernet drivers, deleting and letting windows automatically download the ethernet drivers. Nothing worked. I tried to perform scans with several anti-malware programs, nothing comes up. Every reset or re-install of ethernet causes windows to go back to beggining and name the network as "network" again, but when i restart the pc, its network 2 with the same annoying blue notification again and network 3 at the next startup...
