Windows 10 No Surround sound!

Hello! First my PC specs, before i forget them 😀.

Mobo: Asus z170-A.
GPU: Asus GTX 1080Ti
CPU: I7-6700k
Multiple SSD's/HDD's.

So, my issue. I have literly no surround sound.
I have a Logitech Z906 speakerset. But when i configure them in my Audiodevice list (Pic 1)
then select 'Configureren' (Dutch) (Pic 3)
And then, when i succesfully change my settings to 5.1 And then try the surround mode (via Pic 3)
By clicking on LA, RA or any speaker, i hear nothing... Only my front Left and Front Right speakers work... Yes my Logitech is set to Surround, and setting to 4.1 doesn't anything...


In device manager i don't have any errors...

And if i change my audiodevice to "Realtek Digital Output" or "Realteak Digital Output(Optical)" doesn't do anything. With "Luidsprekers;'i can hear music. But the Realteks don't work... And via Luidsprekers i don't have surround...?

This is annoying me alot!

Yes, i tried tons of options already :/. Example: Reinstalling the software...
Geforce is updated.

How do you have them connected to the computer? What color ports from the PC are you using to the speakers?

Haye. I've connected them with my 3 x 3.5mm jacks.
One in orange, one in green and one in the black port. All 3 are seen & connected by Windows 10 in the device manager.

You need to make sure your source is surround sound.

You mean on my Surround Set? At the moment 4.1 sounds better then Surround Sound. But, i've always used Surround Sound and on both (surround as 4.1) there was no surround sound...

Yes. What OS did you have before when your 5.1 sound worked? What software did you use to use to create 5.1 sound? What software are you using not create 5.1 sound?

It actauly never worked 😀. And Logitech hasn't a software for it. They say it's a Plug & Play speakerset 🙂. Just configure it in your Windows Audio settings.

I’m sorry. But it had never worked before. I’ve had a sound card before, and even on that card, it didn’t work. I’ve had multiple headsets and speaker sets and on all surround didn’t work...

Except on my USB-Surround headset...

So. To make things clear. Surround never worked... But I always ignored it, Bcs I game via headset, but I want to game via The speakers now, but that sucks, because surround doesn’t work...
