I Had this issue for a while playing dishonored 2 after googling and youtubing the issue for a few times i formatted my PC , ran memtest for 2 days and did a clean installation of my GPU drivers , a week later while playing doom i encountered the same error however this time it is more severe and in most games my computer crashes in the main menu , tried reinstalling Drivers it did not help this time .

CPU: i7 4770k
GPU: Evga GeForce GTX 780ti
RAM: 2 sticks of 8G 1600mhz DDR3
HDD: 1 T
2 ssds for windows and stuff
PSU 850watts

Even though you have reinstalled drivers, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is driver related.

Whatever you installed when this happened, is the culprit.

Check the Event Viewer when it happens next. That will give you a clue.
