[SOLVED] Windows 10 on Asus MAXIMUS VII RANGER?

Okay so just i quick question I can't understand. I'm thinking of buying a new motherboard for 1150 socket however that's not relevant the thing is that on asus website it states that the asus intel z97 maximus VII ranger only supports windows 7 and 8. I have windows 10 on a real old motherboard how can that can have win10 but a relatively new mobo like the ranger VII can't?

The Ranger runs Windows 10 fine, just usually the disk utilities are only compatible with Windows 7 / 8.1
Many have run W10 on the VII Ranger.
