Question Windows 10 only launches in safe mode, otherwise blue screen at boot.

I installed kingston's drive manager to check health and updates, it detects one of my ssds, but doesn't detect the one with OS (nvme m.2)

Windows Disk Management detects it though

Safe mode runs by loading only a minimal essential set of drivers,
Your symptoms suggest that some app or driver being loaded at startup is the cause.
Likely, it was recently updated.

First, look in your installed program list to see if there are any newly installed apps.
If any, uninstall as that is the most likely suspect.

To find the culprit, start by disabling all apps in the startup list.
Then, enable one and test.
repeat until you get a fail.

As another fix, try using system restore to reset your pc back to a time when all was well.

Interestingly I system restored to a time my pc worked and it still had that problem.
Anyways it's too late now, I opted to reset pc
Thanks
