Windows 10 permissions issues

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, when trying to save files to both my SSD (C and HDD (D I get an error saying I do not have permission to save to that location, the only way I can save something is if I download it to something like a USB drive. I do I give myself permission to save to these drives.

I'm already admin on my computer.
