Windows 10 Recovery issues

So i have been having issues with win 10, so i decided to run a recovery to get a fresh start. During the normal recovery screen someone turned the power to my pc off. It restarted and everything seemed fine, so i started the recovery process again. This time (After 5 hours of waiting) i got an error, and when i tried to boot it got stuck in a reeboot loop. I have even tried booting from a recovery USB (I get the same error). (Sorry for bad english ;P )

Since you aren't supposed to turn off the computer during a reset you may have corrupted your install. You will probably need to restart with a clean install.
