Windows 10 reset error!! Please help!!!

My computer suddenly would cut out after a minute of use and attempt to do a restore. For a whIle this was a constant loop, so I decided to attempt a windows 10 reset. All seemed good until I lost power in my laptop and it somehow shut off. My laptop is now showing the msi logo and will eventually shut off and turn back on bit it will keep showing msi logo. This screen is completely unresponsive I am unable to access the bios or anything. Please help as soon as you can thank you.

Did it come with Win 10 installed as could try a factory reset. Might be a short cut key to get into it from start.

need to get into bios before we can start to fix it.

I would say the install is probably messed up, if we can change boot order you can try this and see if you can save any files: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ but you need another pc to do that. Same with the next thing:

Download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

If we get into bios, we need to make USB first.
then once everything copied off you want to save, do a...
