Windows 10 restart

Recently I tried to update to windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3 and it said I needed to restart to apply the firmware updates. After I restarted, I didn't have windows 10 nor did the update software continue. Is there any way to continue the update without re-downloading windows 10?

If you're worried about re-downloading and reinstalling your OS it'd be best if you created a bootable USB installer using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool and performed your installation. Might I ask what you're working on now on your Surface Pro 3? Windows 8 or 8.1?
