Question Windows 10 Screen Saver - Randomly stops working?

So I've had this issue for a while but I think I've finally been able to narrow it down... I think it's whenever HDR kicks on, the screen saver stops functioning.
And what I mean is very simple, the screen will stay at the desktop. I will walk away for 5 minutes and it will still be on the desktop even though the screen saver timer is 1 min.

The only fix is going into screen saver settings and changing the style. The two I switch between are Mystify and Ribbons. As soon as I just swap and re-apply, it will start working again. (actually in 60 seconds because that's what mine is set to)

So I was just wondering if anybody else has had this experience and was able to fix it. I was thinking of looking for some sort of third party screen saver application or something.

I was wondering if you already tried resetting the power plan to default?

If this doesn't help, can you please try creating a new user account, signing in to it, and see if the issue is fixed?
