Windows 10 Settings Export File?

I am about to reinstall windows 10, I have highly adjusted the windows settings and was wondering if there is a file that stores all my changes that I could possibly Copy out and put into the clean install. Or if a program exist that can remember/copy my settings?

I am unaware of such a tool/file. Your settings are scattered throughout the registry.

You used to be able to use Windows Easy Transfer in Windows 7.
Unfortunately windows 10 doesn't offer that:

You could in theory use backup and create an image but that saves everything, not just settings. Its strange it doesn't exist.

I would also like to be able to save user settings to USB. It would make them easier to recover when they fail (which happens a lot on win 10). Import/export please.

Ok I was afraid of this, Does seem like a good thing to have though.

Aside from backing up your normal data, you can also can backup your appdata folder. Then reinstall the os and all your programs. Lastly copy the appdata folder back into reinstalled operating system.
C:\Users\<user>\AppData
