Question Windows 10 shows disk usage at 100% with a pretty new SSD

Let's start with this. The SSD works well usually, however sometimes right after startup the disk goes and stays at 100% usage with only 0.5MB/s speeds in read and 45KB/s in write. The PC is very slow when this happens. It started after a Windows update I think, however it never happened with my old SSD (still in my PC though). So what's the problem? Any ideas or fixes?
