windows 10 start up repair infinite loop

MY pc has a problem after I restarted it. Whenever I open my pc it says diagnosing the error, attempting to fix errors, it says log file d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt then it goes to the advanced startup options screen. The thing is is that all of the solutions available does not work. So I am wondering if I were to simply get a new HDD, would that resolve my issue. Thank you, everyone, in advance.

If you don't have any important file on your OS hard drive, you can just install fresh window (no need to buy new hard drive).

Most computer use DEL key to enter bios. Some use F1, F2, F10 or others. When you turn off then turn on computer, hit DEL key constantly to get into bios before it try to boot window OS.
