Windows 10 test mode?

I just bought a pre-built pc and it came with Windows in "Test Mode". I want to know what that means is it like a demo version of Windows or is it the official one? Should I upgrade or not and would it affect the drivers?

is this a new PC or did you buy it used? unless you bought a floor model PC something doesn't seem right about that. i would do a full system recovery because even if you can remove the watermark they may have done something else to it

I would take that PC back to the person that you bought it from.
