windows 10 trying to update my nvidia GTX 960 graphics driver

Anyone having trouble with windows 10 trying to update graphics card driver and failing when I have just updated graphics card driver myself. Everything is working great except windows 10 doesn't think so, so its constantly trying to update my graphics driver and failing.
Anyone have a solution.please?

Hi,
Follow the steps below to remove the driver:
Press Windows key + R
Type devmgmt.msc
Press OK
Right click on the Graphic adapter and select Uninstall
Restart the computer
After restarting the computer, run the Windows Update and the latest update will be installed.

This is happening to me too. I really don't want to block all updates, just this one. I have already reinstalled mine (it's a 940m in a laptop) with nVidia's driver package. Every time I turn on the computer it replaces it with the kludgy Win10 "default?" driver. I don't want it to update unless it's the one I downloaded from nVidia.
 
This guy wrote an awesome tool Ive used more than once just google guru3d.com uninstaller.

still everytime I do an update I have to do a custom install and ensure I tick "perform a clean install" I guess windows 10 still has a few bugs to fix
