[SOLVED] Windows 10 won’t install Help!

My PC won’t install windows 10, it just says Windows can not install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart installation Error code 0x80070015. I tried using Rufus and the built in windows bootable way and same resault

sounds like your installer is corrupted.
download a new install package directly from Microsoft and create a bootable media to run.

I did that twice using Rufus once and the other time using something else

MS tool has worked fine for me many, many times.

i've seen those errors before for multiple issues with installing 3rd party software and Store apps. i believe it is just a generic Windows installer error code.

maybe try booting into Safe Mode and running it or doing a Clean Boot with minimal drivers/processes and running it. usually turns out to be something conflicting with the installer.

I have no operating system on my PC I get this when installing a bootable copy of Windows 10 Pro

Hi so I just built my new PC and when I went to install Windows it said “windows cannot install required files 0x80070015” and I then tried making it from Rufus and windows media creation tool and both got the same result so what could be the problem?

Try a different USB slot or make another installer on a new USB and try again

now i see its a new question about same thing, its merged... making multiples doesn't help.

Oh sorry lol I will try that I was just more asking if it’s a computer problem or a USB problem sir.

I looked up the error code and advice I found was to do that. It sounds like cause is the USB drive itself, so try another.
