I installed windows 10 and then changed my LAN settings to metered to pause the updates. then when I turned it back to not metered the windows won't download any updates.
It is stuck at 0% and then it won't do anything. So I upgraded the windows using Windows update assistant to help me fix this problem by changing any corrupted files and stuff. but still it won't install any updates.
what I discovered now is it won't even download apps from the Windows Store.
It just fetches the packages and stops at 0% for infinity.
